Smart-Skid™
Smart-Skid is our compact, prefabricated, plug and play metering facility that houses a Zedi EFM device (Smart-Alek or Zedi EFM-Walk-up) and an eTube flowmeter. With Smart-Skid, you can get your wells up and running in a matter of hours, taking advantage of our unique hardware and web-based end user application to put the most accurate production data possible in the hands of those in your organization who need it. Protect your equipment from the elements with a package that lowers your installation footprint and costs, and a design that reduces surface facility construction time and tie-in costs by up to one third. The streamlined design of the Smart-Skid minimizes landowner issues by reducing lease size by up to five times and eliminating trenching, while providing an affordable alternative to other metering facilities.
Portable Smart-Skid
The portable Smart-Skid configuration measures at 28 inches deep by 28 inches long by 40 inches tall, making it an ideal solution for locations that don't require walk-in metering facilities or wells that don't require permanent metering. Its compact size and portability make it an ideal solution for well test metering, allowing you to easily move it from well to well without the need for heavy equipment. Permanent Smart-Skid
The permanent Smart-Skid configuration is our larger package, a walk-in option that can enclose the wellhead and sales line, measuring 48 inches deep by 110 inches long by 75 inches tall. This configuration can be customized to fit various pieces of well site equipment, including separators, methanol injectors, or flow prover taps.
